Michael Chang Offers to Coach China’s Tennis Team for Beijing 2008

Submitted by Bill Belew on Friday, 17 November 2006No Comment

Chinese-American Michael Chang was in Shanghai sportscasting the Masters Cup. Now, it seems he wants to stay…at least for a couple of year.

Chang met with the director of the Chinese Tennis Federation and discussed the possibility of coaching the Chinesee team for the 2008 Beijing Games.

Chang won 34 ATP tournament singles titles and climbed to the number 2 spot in the tennis world. He has the online support of 88% of one survey.

The Chinese team is not likely to win the Beijing Games in 2008 but one thing is for sure, Chang will not leave the team the way he finds it.

He may, however, be required to leave God at home when he comes.

What do you think?
