Bible has all the answers….

The Bible can’t tell me how to get from Silicon Valley to, well, anywhere except maybe heaven.

The Bible can’t tell me a lot of things.

The Bible is not a science book though it gives the necessary foundation from which scientists should work.

The Bible is not a technical manual unless you want step-by-step directions on how to love.

The Bible can’t even tell me how to use my remote. (Talk about challenges!)

The Bible can’t tell me what the weather is going to be next week.

The Bible can’t tell me how to cure cancer.

The Bible has all the answers. Yeah, right! Good luck with that.

I am not so naive as to think the Bible can tell me absolutely everything I want to know.

Indeed, the Bible can’t tell me everything, however, the Bible can tell me all I NEED to know.

Mark Twain once said something to the effect, “It’s not the things in the Bible that I do NOT understand that bother me, it’s the things I DO understand.” (Emphasis is mine.)

In its own words, Scripture “is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.” 2 Tim 3:16

If you want to know how to do good, in ANY/EVERY field, the Bible is a good place to start. The answers are there.
