The only question I have is; if India has that much money to invest, why not spending some on their own people who live on street. Kids study on concrete, women cook on street, the bathroom is in a corner of where they live.  And you see the real poverty. Why? When you move a little further to rich area, city assigned swiper to keep that area clean. &lt;/p&gt;</description>
