NGO Leader Rapes 14-year old in Thailand

This bit of news should do wonders to spread good will between Japan and Thailand.
The 38-year old leader of the Mountain Tribe Scholarship Fund, an NGO devoted to tribes in Northern Thailand – Chang Mai, has been accused of raping a 14-year old girl in her dormitory.
The pervert entered the girl's dormitory, did his nasty deed, then departed.
The victim's father got wind of the incident and turned him in.
The perpetrator faces up to 20 years in prison.
He should face castration.
Too harsh? No way!
The kids in the tribal are trusting the Japanese who are supposedly there to HELP them…not HURT them.
She was only 14!
Lock him up, and throw away the key.
