Mt. Bulusan in the Philippines is Getting Angrier

The PI has a very restive volcano…Mt. Bulusan.

Recently it spewed ash and pepples in another new explosion forcing some 40 families to be evacuated.

This is the eighth time since March that the volcano has spit on anyone within, well us…spittin distance.

Japan has volcanos, too… a bunch of them.

My friends in southern Kyushu near Kagoshima tell me they routinely have to clean the ash off of their cars much like the northerners in Japan have to wipe the snow off of theirs.

I don’t know which is worse, knowing I will get snowed on every year or knowing I will get ashed on regularly and maybe covered in lava once every one hundred years or so.

Which do you prefer?
