The Japanese have created an artificial hand with air muscles that can even pick up a raw egg.

Gee, I can't even do that.

The robot was unveiled at he Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology in Daejeon, 2005. (2007?)korean.girl.robot.jpg

After picking up the egg, the robot might need to take a shower.

Gotcha covered here as well….shower.robot.jpg

Humanoid robot HRP-3 shows it is waterproof. The 160cm, 68kg robot designed by Kawada Industries Inc.' is also

dust-proof.

And when nurses are too busy to take blood pressure or greet new patients, no sweat. Receptionist robots can greet patients, guide people to locations, even run simple tests all the while they can also dance the jig (entertain people in the waiting room area.greeting.robot.jpg

What's next? Robots starring in movies? Robot Transformers that can change shape? Come on now!
