Ratan Tata, Chairman of Tata Motors will launch a brand new improved version of Indigo christened Car as Tata Manza on October 14 2009 in Mumbai.

Manza Car is reportedly built on Indica Vista platform . This model will be powered by an engine which is sourced from Fiat and will be made available with two engine options -1.4L petrol engine and 1.3L multi-jet engine.

Other features of new Tata Manza include class leading interior space, and steering mounted controls.

TATA Motors has also initiated a tease website for Tata Manza Car http://indulgeinmanza.com/ . according to the site the Winner of theTata Manza teaser will be given to drive Tata Manza for an entire day.

Tata Manza is expeccted to be priced at Rs. 5.5 lakhs ,entry level ex show room Delhi to Rs. 7.5 Lakh for top end diesel model.

The car is said to be competition to Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire, Ford Ikon, Ford Fiesta and Mahindra Renault Logan.
