UPSC is a mindset not just an examination .It trains an individual to face challenges of life in every positive way of thinking. Studious reader of public administration and english literature I feel that UPSC has the capacity to bring officer;s quality in ones candidate with fullest extent and evaluatioin of facts indeed . It has both transmigratory and migratory elements combined in one holistic frame of ideas in totality of existence.
