Rajesh Talwar attacked outside the court premises

Murders teenager Aarushi Talwar’s father Rajesh Talwar was on Tuesday attacked by a 30 year old man outside a court in Ghaziabad. The man was identified as the one who had earlier stabbed SPS Rathore, who was convicted in the Ruchika molestation case.

Talwar was immediately rushed to the hospital by the lawyers. According to sources, the 54 year old was seriously injured and was bleeding from the right side of the head.

However Raghubir Lal, Senior Superintendent of police said, that Talwar’s condition is stable. Rajesh Talwar had one to the court to appeal for a fresh investigation in daughter Aarushi’s murder case when the incident happened.

The attacker Sharma had stabbed Talwar with a big knife, when he was approaching a xerox centre to take photo copies of some documents. The youth was then immediately taken in to custody by the police. Last year the same person had attacked Rathore on his cheek with his knife.
