Pravin Mahajan slips into coma, critical

Pravin Mahajan lapsed into coma due to a suspected brain haemorrhage, his close family sources said.

Pravin Mahajan,  was sentenced to life imprisonment for killing his own brother and senior BJP leader Pramod Mahajan.

Pravin Mahajan who was released by the court on parole from the Nasik Central Jail two weeks ago on health grounds was rushed to Jupiter Hospital in Mumbai, following complaints of high blood pressure.

The parole ended on Saturday and he was supposed to go back to jail.

Pravin is critical, his brother Prakash Mahajan said.

Pravin Mahajan was convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment by a Mumbai court in Dec 2007 for killing his elder brother Pramod Mahajan at his residence in Mumbai on Apr 22, 2006.
