What a poor result. Sunderland should have won that game before half time.

I know that in the end Portsmouth where the better team, but if that first goal was not allowed who knows what may have happened.
The referee blew before the goal was scored, and pointed in the other direction, not to the spot, to indicate a freekick to sunderland,
however the the Portsmouth continued to celebrate and Alan wiley kind of just gave in. he did not give a clear instruction and faffed around a bit.
