Marathon Race Results | 2009 City of Christchurch Marathon

Relatively small marathon weekend coming up.

I count just a handful of marathons in the US and a couple overseas. Albeit, a couple are pretty big – Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon in San Diego and Edinburgh Marathon in the U.K.

I have almost started running again. By that I mean, I have been out pounding the pavement, literally, more like ruddling for the past couple of weeks, thinking, maybe just maybe I’ll do this more faithfully again…maybe even try a 24 hour run or a 100 miler again. Quick, somebody reel me back in!

Two BIG marathons have already been run this year – the Boston, London Marathons and City of Los Angeles Marathon (L.A. Marathon) Some 70,000+ folk covered 26.2 miles.

If you didn’t run straight home from the  2009 you can likely see the results here.

Keep in mind, it takes a while for the results to update. Until they do, you can compare your time to last year’s results.
