Creative Technology in Singapore Courts Apple

Creative Technology in Singapore has decided to court APPLE Computers.

That is they have decided to take them to court.

Apparently, someone at Creative Technology thinks Apple is violating its patent on a navigation system and method for organizing and accessing music on portable players.

Look at that, you need a GPS to find music in your IPod now.

Not me, I have only a half dozen things loaded on it. Jody Foster’s dad would be mad – "It’s an awful waste of space."

Probably is.

I did have more in my Nano before, but I couldn’t find anything. Maybe after the dust settles in this court case I will reconsider and then know who to give the credit to when I can find something.

What do you think?

Looks like another case of a race between technology and turf minding with all the weebles in the middle Bill. I’ll be watching the outcomes on this one… Any predictions?
