Even Yao Ming Looks up To 7’9″ Bao Xishun
Well so much for the image of little Asian guy.
We know well about 7’5" Yao Ming. But who does Yao look up to? I mean really look up to.
Bao Xishun is the reigning world’s tallest man at 236 cm (7’8.95").
Bao is currently on a tour of Brazil to take part in the 2007 Guinness Day celebrations.
The hotel where he is staying supplied him with a touble king-size bed
AND a single bed for his feet.
His growth spurt happened between 15-23 years of age.
So, why hasn’t he been recruited by the NBA? Well…he is 55 years old.
But, hey, Yao still has a couple of years of growing left. Maybe he will catch up.

The tallest guy according to the Guinness book was Robert Wadlow who reached 8’11" (271.8cm).

here”s a cool album that was actually written about Bao saving those dolphins. I love that when technology fails there is always Bao Xishun to come through!

Just read an article where Bao was brought in this week to reach down the throats of a couple of sick bottle-nosed dolphins and take out pieces of ingested plastic. Surgical tools wouldn’t do it, just long arms.
