7’9″ Sun Mingming Facing Surgery to Join Yao Ming

Sun Mingming wants to be the first Sun to play for the Suns, or for any NBA team for that matter.

Problem is the giant is too gigantic.  

He stands 7'9" tall. He weighs 385 lbs and has a waist size of 50 inches. (The waist size is the only one I can compete in.)

The 23-year-old Sun has a condition caused by a tumor that causes his pituitary gland to overproduce growth hormones.

The same tumor also prevents testosterone production – limiting his strength, stamina and speed.

 

He is a 'big baby.' But, it's not funny.

One surgery allowed the giant to start lifting weights. A successful second surgery may allow him to begin training for 6-7 hours a day.

In that event, Yao Ming, will finally have someone to look up to.

Let's hope first that Sun gains his health.
