Probitas surveyed investors earlier this year about their views on which geographic region in Asia are most attractive.

Here are the results:

7.  Southeast Asia  -    2.4%

6.  Australia -                 3.9%

5.  Korea -                       4.9%

4.  PanAsianFunds -  14.1%

3.  China -                     15.1%

2.  India -                        16.1%

and

Number 1 was

1.  Japan                         18.5%

Japan is back, it’s economy is growing and investors see it is the best bet these days.

So, where in Asia do you plan on investing?

What’s wrong with investing in U.S.. I invest where I could have control over my investment. If I invest in either one of those above mentione countries, what law could protect me if my investment goes down the drain? But in other hand if I cannot invest in U.S. I would invest in Japan.

The Japanese investment market looks more regulated and less turbulent than other Asian countries including China and India.

Japan is really back on track. Despite the growth in the economies of China and India, Japan’s lure always make investors come back for more.
