J & K Election Results

Indian states  of Jammu and Kashmir Elections results are declared today . A hung assembly seems to be possible in J and K with main parties are far behind the halfway mark in the 87 member Elections as the votes were counted today.

The National Conference (NCP) is leading in 23 seats, PDP is leading in 19 seats, Congress in 16 and BJP in 13. Others candidates & independents are ahead in 16 seats as per the latest information available from the constituencies. BJP has done well in Jammu area  in the wake of Amarnath land dispute,

The NCP has said that it is open to an allaince with the congress party to form the Government
