Bao Xishun, Sun MingMing, Yao Ming – China’s Giants

China has three giants –

Bao Xishun (7' 8.95" -236cm)- who triples as a dolphin savior, guiness world record holder and giant.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Sun Ming Ming (7' 8.75" -235.6)cm) has two and half jobs – bit movie star, giant and NBA wannabe. But, his growth is unnatural and surgery is required to keep him from growing through to the second floor.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 And, of course, Yao Ming (7'6" 228.6 cm)who can just be an NBA star, (the most underpaid one) and giant.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

These three men triple handedly are able to dispel the rumor of the 'little Asian guy.'

They are also, however, very human.

Bao Xishun gives credibility to the 'gentle giant' reality.

Sun Ming Ming fights for his life.

Yao Ming takes on other giants of the world and shows them that a kid can play ball, enjoy life and smile as he does it.

The world can thank China for sharing these three giants with us….and, of course, we wonder, who else might be towering over the other 1.3 billion.
