4 Reasons Why Chinese Are So Smart

According to a study by published in the latest issue of the journal Science researchers at the University of Oslo have determined that eldest children have IQs 2 to 3 points greater than younger siblings.

It's not the genes…it's the way the parents treat them.

When second and third born men became the eldest due to death of their older brothers, they became the smartest and tested with IQ scores similar to the first-born.

"The findings suggested that the mechanism behind the birth- order effect is not biological but related to social interactions within

families."

Treated as leaders in the family.

Given more responsibility.

Live with higher expectations.

The obvious conclusion…since nearly all Chinese in the present generation are first-borns, make that only-borns, wouldn't they, if the Oslo researchers are right, be more apt to have higher IQs than their peers in other countries?
