Crocodile Smuggling in Manila

Submitted by Bill Belew on Thursday, 16 November 2006No Comment

Some Filipino Steve Irwin type got caught trying to smuggle 3 crocodiles into the Philippines from Cambodia.

Philippine’s Protected Areas and Wildlife Bureau had alerted the airport that the smuggler may indeed be trying to smuggle to half-meter long crocodiles into the P.I.

Sure enough, they caught him scaly handed.

Question: How did the dude get crocodiles out of Phnom Penh in the first place. crocodile.jpg

Question: How did he get the crocs into Singapore and then back out of Singapore again?

Where were the baggage screeners in those airports?

Maybe they saw the crocs and decided to stand far back.

What do you think?
