26-year old Yang Huiyan is Forbes' richest person in China…richest woman in Asia.

Yang is a property developer worth $16 billion.

Last year, 15 of Asia's top 40 were billionaires.

This year, they are all billionaires – with a combined net worth of $120 billion, more than three times last year's $38 billion.

Of the top 40, more than a dozen are property developers.

Yang is the daughter (her wealth is inherited) of Yeung Kwok Keung, the co-founder of Country Garden Holdings, a property development firm.
