I thought that Japanese can do goofy things.*

The Koreans aren’t far behind on this one.

Inspiring little penguins everywhere to be good boys and girls and get on Santa’s nice list instead of his naughty list, somebody in Seoul thought to dress some penguins up in Santa Claus suits. Or, maybe, the penguins really are Santa and the big fat guy with a white beard we believe in is the fake dude.

Twas the night before Christmas when all over the ice

Santa went looking for who’s been naughty and nice….

Before anyone yells at me for being racist, my kids are Japanese and I spent 20 years in the country. I think I can make some observations if I like.

Hey! You’re RACIST!!! oh, wait… it says your kids are Japanese and you spent 20 years there.

So it’s OK for you to say the Japanese can do goofy things.

But what about me? I have no such qualifications but I have also observed some quirkiness, or at least a different sense of humor and overall outlook. OH NO! AM I A RACIST NOW????? What should I do?

    haha, just kidding. Cute pictures.

Now, if you want TRUE weirdness, visit Texas where I live, especially small towns. Japanese weirdness has nothing on Texan weirdness.

    Peace to all,
