North Korea Denies Providing Syria with Nuclear Secrets
The North "never makes an empty talk but always tells truth," said a DPRK ministry official.

North Korea is denying any connection with Syria in nuclear cooperation, claiming the charge was fabricated to block progress in relations talks with the United States.
A senior U.S. nuclear official says that North Koreans were spotted in Syria and that there may have been contacts with 'secret suppliers' to obtain nuclear
"The North's Foreign Ministry claimed that the suspicions are 'nothing but a clumsy plot" fabricated by "dishonest forces' who do not want to see 'progress in the six-party talks and in the (North Korea)-U.S. relations.'"
Limited progress has been made with the North shiutting down its sole functioning nuclear reaction in July and preparing to disable other nuclear facilities.
I don't think the North has nuclear weapons capability. And if they did, how would they deliver them anywhere.
What do you think?
