LGE’s Voyager and Venus Take on Apple’s iPhone
LG Electronics will expand its market share in the United States and Canada, it hopes, with the new touch phones Voyage and Venus.
The new phones will be here in time for Christmas and will challenge Apple's iPhone.
LG is the world's 5th largest handset maker.
Verizon, America's number two, will market the new phones.
The Voyager will go for about $350.
The Venus will go for about $250.
Apple's iPhone started out at $599, but now goes for $399.
"The Venus, is armored with the industry’s first “Interactive User Interface,’’ which enables the upper and lower screens to interact when operating the navigation system."
Both models will offer Verizon's Vcast video and music services.
They have an 8GB capacity…good for about 2,000 songs.
Are you planning to buy a new cell touch screen cell phone…or do they mean sell phone?
