MSDF Ship Destroys Mid-Range Ballistic Missile in Space – Sends Beijing into Deep Think
Beijing is likely rethinking if Japan's demonstrated technology to intercept ballistic missiles in space could be of use to Japan and the U.S. to protect Taiwan.
North Korea is probably in a meeting to make up lies they might tell about fictitious tests.
The JS Kongo intercepted a target warhead similiar to North Korea's Rodong missile about 100 miles (162km) above the Pacific Ocean.
ZZZttttapppt! Space debris!
North Korea has just 200 Rodongs, of which most don't work perhaps.
When North Korea launched a missile at Japan a couple of years ago at Japan, a Japanese ministry official said something to the effect, "Let them shoot missiles at us. They will never hit anything anyway."
Still, Japan is investing heavily in missile defense.
Tokyo is also equipping its navy ships with missile tracking technology.
The US launched the missile from Hawaii and Japan fired the interceptor three minutes later.
Japan and the US then went out for beers to celebrate their alliance.
Beijing and North Korea….thinking…thinking.
Do you think Japan needs this kind of technology?
