I Love My Baby Truck
I did love that car. And then my wife loved it and then my son loved it and now the auction block loves it.
My family owned a GEO Tracker until earlier this year. We traded it for a new Honda Civic…see what’s in my garage. I bought that little bugger for one reason…when I opened the hood, I saw that its engine was made by Suzuki. Ah, American on the outside and sushi on the inside. And then we proceeded to drive it and drive it until it fell apart. Well, the wreck had something to do with that.

Well, all good things must come to an end. And the reason…money. Sounds a little bit like a divorce.
GM announced it would sell Suzuki to raise about $2 Billion. That amount of money would threaten any relationship. Unfortunately, my marriage broke up for a lot less. Or should I consider it fortunate?
Will Rogers once wrote, “If you can do it, it ain’t bragging.”
Well, an axiom of that might be, if it is worth writing, it is worth reading and telling others about it….otherwise known as shameless self promotion.
