Conundrum – Study Japanese or Chinese
China…Chinese…that's all we hear/read. And Chinese should be studied. It is the country of choice for the future of business.
But, Japan…has always been there…and now it's economy is back.
A sure sign that the Japanese economy is back is that more and more students are opting to study the language again.
In England, "research, conducted by the University Central Admissions Service, tabled a 37 percent year-on-year rise in applications to study Japanese in England in 2007."
Japanese is the 'strategic subject' of choice along with – physics, chemistry, biology, French and German.
Additionally…more Japanese are going to England to study.
