According to MedicaSynergie, which runs 50 medicine stores across eastern India, sales of the N95 masks have suddenly zoomed. “In the last two days, we’ve sold nearly the same volume of N95 masks that we usually do in a year. We’ve placed more orders to our distributors to increase inventory amid surging demand,” says MedicaSynergie CMD Alok Roy.
