Jolie and Pitt Change Mind about Adopting Indian Baby

Submitted by Bill Belew on Wednesday, 8 November 2006No Comment

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are in India shooting a movie. It seems they have been shopping for a baby as well.

The couple have one kid of their own, a five year from Cambodia and 22 months-old from Ethiopia. It seems they had hoped to add an Indian baby to their tribe.

But, that plan has been called off for now.

The reason seems to have something to do with Madonna and the stink she caused by adopting a 13-month old from Malawi.angelina jolie.jpg

The baby that Angelina and Brad are NOT adopting was apparently going to be named India.

It used to be that you sent $25/month to some organization on TV that could adopt a child for you.

I happen to know a legitimate place that will feed and care for Indian orphans for about $15/month with NO money going into overhead costs and ALL money going to the kids.

When umpteen millionaire celebrities adopt a baby, it’s big news.

But, what about these organizations who are trying to meet the needs of a large lot of kids on a daily basis? They are the real celebrities.

Write to me if you want your $15/month to really support a child in India and make a difference. I promise, none of your money will go into my pocket.
