“Women Kingdom” Will Torture Men

A mountain town, Tongqiao, in southwest China's Chongqing municipality has set out on a massive renovation scheme to build the region into a "Town of Women."

The ultimate aims:

1. attract tourists

2. make money

3. highlight feminist lifestyle

4. make money

5. display matriarchy

6. make money

While men from the remote and undeveloped town work in renearby cities, women will create a woman themeland.

There will be no romance….as men who dare to defy a women's authority will be whipped, very softly, as a reminder to treat their women better.
