TV Satellite Hacked
Hackers in Hong Kong seem to have been successful at hijacking the satellite TV signals of a southern Chinese TV station to broadcast anti-government messages.
Viewers said they lost reception for about two hourse and were shown anti-government messages for 30-40 seconds.
That's the best the hackers could come up with?
Smart enough to intercept a satellite broadcast but NOT be able to fill the time?
In the past, this sort of thing was blamed on the Falun Gong – an 'evil cult' in China.
According to Hong Kong's Apple Daily (where'd they get that name?) the Chinese government is censoring reports about the satellite interruption.
In other words…nobody knows the trouble they've seen, nobody knows but Jesus.
So, how can we know what news is reliable and what is not in China? Or for anywhere in the world for that matter?
What is your test for credibility?
