&lt;p&gt;Think about IPTV, mobile phone technology, cable tv and advertisement... China&#039;s state funds most of the investment there, keeping foreign investment cold.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Also a lot of that stuff is severely restricted, just as it is in India, from large percentage of foriegn investment. So, de facto, the money doesn&#039;t go there like it should.  And also, if we just limit investment to this area, it is obvious that the technology is far more advanced in Britain and more expensive, requiring more capital.  &lt;/p&gt;</description>
