Top Three Cities to visit in China

China's National Tourism Administration and the United Nations World Tourism Organization have chosen three cities as the best for tourists headed to China.
They are:
Chengdu
Hangzhou
Dalian
I have only been to Dalian and that was quite a few years ago. I reckon it is time to go again.
Visitors and residents to Chengdu and Hangzhou are welcome to weigh in with their thoughts.
Or is there a better place to visit in China?
