Top 3 Worries in China – Public More Worried about Inflation than Corruption

The Chinese are more worried about inflation than they are about corruption.

And, it's NOT because there isn't a lot of corruption.

Still, the Chinese are worried about rising prices, the income gap then corruption says the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.

From 1999-2005, getting laid off and being re-employed were the big concerns along with social security.

Two in three urban residents worry about rising prices of consumer goods andchina.worries.jpg almost three in five rural residents worry about the same.

One in four worry about housing reform and food and drug safety.

China faced a 4.6% rise in Consumer Price Index (CPI) in the first 11 months of last year.
