I personally believe that she is a normal, smart girl who got off her course in life. When she dropped out of school, she divorced herself from her peer group when she needed her peer group the most. The only thing someone who does that has is themselves. Accordingly, at an age when she would normally begin to have boyfriends, she was instead shut out and alone. To compensate, she created a fantasy in her mind regarding Mr. Andy Lau. Yang Lijuan needs to understand her situation, that she is not crazy. She needs to understand her situation in life, as created by the environment she made for herself when she left school. She needs to understand that to survive, she must change her environment and be with her own peer group, and find a real boyfriend. Do it, Yang.
