Kiss of Death because of Lead in Lipstick? Campaign for Safe Cosmetics Wants Recall
If there is lead in it, it must be from China, no? Even Lipstick. The Campaign for Safe Cosmetics wants a recall.
Or at least they want the FDA to act.
Maybe they are right-
One Chinese lover got the death penalty for a kiss-and-kill pill.
But, it had nothing to do with the lipstick.
Still, woman use the stuff…and we men wonder why.
The Campaign for Safe Cosmetics had 33 lipsticks they bought off the shelves in
the United States tested – 61% contained lead and none of them had lead listed.
Next time a woman tells you to "get the lead out" tell her, "yo! honey, you are the one who probably gave it to me."
All seriousness aside – lead is poisoness to the human body and can harm adults, children and especially babies in pregnant mothers.
I am reminded of the guy who took his 'wife' home after their wedding only to discover that after the woman removed her make up, it was the wrong person.
