&lt;p&gt;My experience with the Chinese is that they do NOT look for Win-Win situations...they prefer Win-Lose...especially in business deals.&lt;/p&gt;

		<description>&lt;p&gt;While it seems in China and US best interests would be advanced if they&#039;d collaborate on this key issue for winning, results... both sides seem to be hearing and valuing more ideas from the other side lately...That&#039;s a skill that we need as a global model right now ... so it will be interesting to see if these two can pull it off.... My guess is they can.... The question is ...which side can lead the way to more collaborative problem solving on this one -- while both can still win... What do you think? &lt;/p&gt;</description>
