China Says “We’re Number 2!”
China took over one number two spot and is set to take over another.
Sometime this year China will surpass the United States to become the world's number 2 producer of gold. I guess they had to come up with a lot of the precious stuff to paint those golden piggies.
Gold prices recently hit a 25-year high and China plans to increase gold production 8.3% to capitalize on it.
Meanwhile –
China surpassed Germany in the first quarter of this year to become to second largest exporter of automotive spare parts to the United States.
China exported S1.936 billion worth of parts compared to Germany's $1.934 billion.
Japan is far ahead in first place at S3.57 billion worth of spare auto parts being exported. 
South Africa is the world's number one gold producer.
