China will fund the introduction of 10,000 economic and technical, and 20,000 educational, health and scientific specialists next year, according to the Ministry of Personnel.

China has recruited a total of 400,000+ students since 1978 with about 25% of them returning home.

Of the 26,658 that the government sent overseas on scholarships, 97% have returned.

The ministry of personnel is calling for preferential policies for students that return home from studying overseas.china-specialist.jpg

Gee…they get scholarships to go and tax breaks if they come back. Sounds like a good deal to me.

What do you think?
