Baidu reported that the number of Chinese bloggers, that is blogs written in Chinese has hit 19.87 million.

That's a 24% jump over November last year.

The average blogger updated their blog every 7.6 days, and 3.02 million bloggers updated their sites at least once a week.

Only 4.6% (914,000) updated their blogs every day.

China boasts 1,460 blog service providers.

Number one on the blog provider list is Qzone, followed by Sina.com, MSN Spaces and Sohu.com.

The top growing blog topics are science and education.

Baidu is China's top search engine with 62% of the 120 million plus Chinese netizens using it. Baidu is also planning to offer a blog service.

Hmmm…

Do you have a blog?

Please tell me about it.

There are a whole lot of American marketers that are wishing they could read Chinese, I bet.

What do you think?
