64-year old headache caused by bullet
A Chinese woman had a headache for 64 years.
It turns out that when she was 13 years old, she lost consciousness after a Japanese patrol fired on her while she was on her way to grandpa's house.
When she came to, her head was wrapped in a bandage and she never realized there was a bullet lodged deep in her noggin.
She often had headaches, at inopportune times for some, talked nonsense, and acted as if she were mad.
I can imagine a whole lot of fellows checking their wive's heads tonight to see if there is a bullet in there somewhere.
Because the family was poor, they never had mom checked out before now.
Oh…the bullet…was identified by a military expert in Nanjing as the kind that Japanese soldiers used at the time.
Her relatives hope to receive some sort of compensation from the Japanese government….the husband wants his due first.
