I just want to know; how can a state be considered won by an electoral vote when all the ballots haven't even been counted. Just because the cities that holds the electoral numbers, is it not supposed to be the majority that determines which way the vote goes? I'm from the western states and there is no way all the ballots had been counted when the electoral decision was made. And what about all the military votes that haven't been counted due to the delay in them being sent out in time? If those votes were to be given till the 10th to be counted, how can they say the election has a winner? I thought the process was that we all get a say in who we want for president, but if our ballot wasn't even counted, what happened to our say?
