Amanda Beard is Not Suing Tanning Salon Over Nude Pictures

Amanda Beard is not suing a tanning salon for nude pictures. She did go to Playboy.

Amanda Beard is suing the tanning salon for using her. Girls do NOT like being used.

Olympic swimmer Amanda Beard sued a tanning salon in California, because it used her name and likeness without permission.

ProSun is accused of posting the swimmer’s picture on its Web site “to create the impression that Beard endorses ProSun products.”

Beard is a multiple Olympic gold medalist and  is seeking more than $25,000.

ProSun says the company took the photos at a charity event and has the right to use them as it wishes.
