Miss Parvathy OMANAKUTTAN Will Represent India at Miss World 2008

Parvathy (Parvathi) Omanakuttan will represent India at the Miss World 2008 pageant at Sandton Convention Centre in Johannesburg on Saturday 13th December 2008. Parvathy hopes to take the crown from current Miss World, China’s Zhang Zilin.

Height:5′ 8.5″

Occupation: South Indian Model and Beauty Queen

 

 Miss Parvathy OMANAKUTTAN can speak Hindi, Marathi, Malayalam & English.

Parvathy grew up in Mumbai – India’s economic capital and site of recent terrorist attack.

Parvathy graduated with a major in Arts. She studied Sociology, Psychology & English Literature.

Parvth wants to continue her studies in Psychology.

She likes whistling; listening to music; singing; reading; glass painting; basketball; badminton; swimming; acting; modelling: dancing (varying from local dances to learning ballroom and Latin dances); and learning new languages.

Paryathy loves her mother’s cooking most of all. Don’t we all.

Her favorite quote is by a former President of India, Dr Abjul Kalam “Dreams are not what you see in your sleep, but dreams are that, which do not allow you to sleep”, hence her motto in life is “Dream with your eyes open”.
