Ashok chavan to be new Maharastra CM

After chief minister vilasrao Desmukh resigned Maharastra Industry minister Ashok Chavan is set to replace Deshmukh as the new Chief Minister of Maharastra, According to the Times Now report
Sources say majority of the MLA’s have backed Askok chavan for CM’s post . The announcement is likely to be made tonight
Ashok Chavan is the son of former chief minister S B Chavan.
Maharastra CM Deshmukh said "I have accepted moral responsibility for Mumbai terror attacks. In a democracy one has to honour people’s anguish and anger”
