China has pledged 4 trillion yuan (586 billion U.S. dollars) to be spent over the next two years.
The National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), the nation’s top economic planning agency has announced its priorities.
Improving livelihood -
1. rural area living conditions
2. housing projects for low-income earners in urban areas
Infrastructural construction -
3. railroads
4. highways and water conservancy projects
5. biological conservation
6. environmental protection
7. post-disaster rebuilding
Investment -
8. conforming to principles of scientific and sustainable developmetn
Accountability -
9. rigid implementation of industrial and environmental policies
10. strict adherence to policies related to land used for construction, environment assessment, energy conservation and emissions reduction.
Now let me think. If I didn’t have a job, needed a job and was wondering who had money to spend on people who could perform a service that is needed, where would I go? Tough question….NOT!
China…still plenty of growth going to happen, and lots of money to spend to make it happen. China can give back to America. China can give back to the world. America, Europe, Japan has the expertise in many of these areas that China is lacking.

Mao’s revenge, – a self-regenerating army of country girls in their prime, manning Chinese factories for 55 cents an hour, and working 12 hour shifts, 7 days a week, poop in floor slot toilets, sleep on 3′x6′ mats on the floor in the factory, eat at the in-factory cafeteria, wear company uniforms 24 hours a day, color coded to indicate their departments, return to the peasant farms whence they came when burned out, pensionless and no economic burden to anyone, to die an early and convenient death! and have been taught by General Motors U.S. how to build Buick LeSabres and a Chevette like car called the Cherry! They will take a job from your neighborhood soon! They have no cost to commute! – the world is a changing place, and not all for the good – the neo cons and Uber-rich of America are tired of your (very expensive) sort, and prefer her (very cheap) sort! as far as they are concerned, don’t you kiss your sad ass goodbye, just f##k off and die!
The average American needs cheap transportation, and does not need automotive workers making $75.00+ an hour! Who do you think is going to win this one!
Hey Uncle B, you figured it out! And as long as the earnings keep coming back to us in the form of cheap loans and purchased capital goods, we should be all for it! The dough that I save on a Cherry I can spend instead on weekly spa treatments, a trip to Disney World, a new dirt bike, etc. etc. etc. The possibilities are endless!
