
With all the economic growth going on, who has time to answer the phone to address complaints?
Still, the Chinese consumer is complaining.
The top three:
1. Online computer games - "Hey! I lost my force field."
2. Telecom services - "Hello. Hello! HELLO!"
3. Mobile phone - "Can you hear me now?"![]()
China complains most about online products - some 42% of complaints go towards online sales fraud, website ID info theft and online games.
The fastest growing problem is with fridges - complaints were up 114%.
Outstanding customer service went to LG, TCL, Haier, Fuji and Canon.
The boobies went to Philips, Carrefour, Shinco and Hitachi.
