Ford, Toyota, Sinopec on Pollution Blacklist

Toyota Motor Corp., along with Michelin China, Sina-Mars Group APP, Ford, Sinopec and 40 other multinationals have been blacklisted.

There are also 4,000 local firms on the list.

For punishment, companies must:

1. comply with rules

2. "provide the public with an open explanation and mend their ways."

Additionally, the firms will NOT be able to get loans from banks.

Here that you guys - you, Toyota, Ford, Sinopec?

No Chinese bank will  lend you any money until you clean up your act.

That'll show 'em.
