Income Tax Threshold to be Raised

China's top legistlature the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC) is expected to vote and pass the raising of the monthly income tax threshold.
Currently the most that can be paid is Y1,600 ($217). The new threshold will be Y2,000.
