Japan will Withdraw from Refueling US Ships in Indian Ocean
Japan must stop its support of U.S. military vessels in the Indian Ocean.
The Maritime Self-Defense Force (MSDF) has been refueling U.S. ships.
However, Japan's Anti-terrorism Special Measures law expired yesterday and there was renewal.
Japan's PM Fukuda could not get opposition parties in the upper chamber to renew the bill.
The ruling coalition tried to extend the law but the largest opposition Democratic Party of Japan (DPJ) rejected it.
The general feeling is that the lower house, with enough support, will ram it through
and the mission will restart in time…sooner better than later for the U.S.
Nearly half of Japanese (48%) support the mission while 43% do not.
The U.S. has its hands full on all accounts in two arenas….Japan is an ally.

Yea, they should definitely help America out. America has been good to them, and vice versa and I thought Japanese are our friends. What has America done to make Japan not feel like supporting us?
